Thanksgiving Game

This image, by painter Jean Leon Gerome Ferris, upon which this hidden objects game is based, is supposedly of the first Thanksgiving organised by Gov. William Bradford of the Pilgrim community who established themselves in Plymouth, Massachusetts in the early 17th Century after travelling to the Americas on the Mayflower. The feast was organised to celebrate a good harvest in 1620 and local Native Americans were invited to attend or so the story goes. In reality the native Americans were concerned at all the noise coming from the harvest celebration and despatched ninety men to investigate who waited anxiously nearby to ensure there was no ensuing violence as there was little trust between the peoples.
